Company correspondence

If you contact us by email or write to the registered office, we use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry and administer the correspondence. Depending on the request, this is necessary for our legitimate interests in handling business enquiries, to take steps at your request before entering a contract, or to comply with a legal obligation. We keep correspondence while it is needed for the enquiry and related obligations; records may be retained longer where required by law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
